Essential Training for anyone involved in the handling and protection of foods or food products.
This qualification covers the basic principles of food hygiene, and is directed at those who currently work with food in the front line e.g. waiters/waitresses, kitchen staff etc. It also covers current legislation and temperature control related to high risk foods.
Qualification Information
All operatives would need this – it is advisable that this is renewed every three years.
